Dear Donor Family,

I am writing this letter to the family of the very special person that has donated a part of their body that has changed my life. I am able to walk without tripping or falling, and may be allowed to go back to a job I love. I want to thank the family of my donor and I am so sorry for your loss. I hope it brings some comfort knowing your loved one’s donation has restored my life.

PS. Again I am so sorry for your loss, and know I thank them everyday my illness improves, it couldn’t of happened without them.
